How to reset presence settings in Skype for Business

Process

Make sure that client's exchange credentials match their Skype for Business Credentials.

  1. Clear out Skype for Business caches See How To Clear File Caches
  2. Reset Skype for Business presence status. On the desktop client select the black arrow next to the current status and select Reset Status. 
  3. Check/Adjust Status Settings In Options: Click the Gear Icon then select Status
