MS Teams CT Text - Add to MS Teams Tenant

Prerequisites

You will need at least Teams Admin privileges to be able to perform the steps below.

1. Begin by logging into the Calltower Connect admin portal (https://connect.calltower.com)

2. Once logged in, select the drop-down arrow next to your name in the top right corner of the site. In the drop-down menu, select “Downloads

3. In the Downloads section, find “CT Text" and click on the blue cloud icon to download the app. Make a note of where you save the file. Do not extract the .zip file once the download is complete.

4. Once the app has downloaded, open a web browser and navigate to the Teams Admin Center (https://admin.teams.microsoft.com).

5. In the Teams Admin Center, select the drop-down menu for “Teams apps”. From the sub-menu, select the option for “Manage apps

6. From the Manage apps page, select the option to “Upload new app”.

7. You’ll be presented with a pop-up to select the new app file.  Select the “Upload” button and navigate through the file explorer to locate the .zip file you downloaded in step 3. You need to select the original .zip file.

8. Once the upload is complete, you’ll see the message below.
