Switching Users on a Polycom CX600

Resolution

Before you begin, make sure the Polycom CX600 phone is connected to the computer with the USB cord.

1. Log out of the phone

1. Select Unlock
2. Enter the PIN (typically 9999) and select done
3. Select Menu
4. Select Switch User
5. Confirm you want to switch users

2. Login to the computer with the new user

1. Login to Skype for Business
2. When prompted for credentials from the phone on your computer, enter your username and password
3. The phone will then guide you through the configuration settings
