Skype for Business: How To Clear File Cache On BOC (Bridge Operator Console)


Clearing Bridge Lync Operator Console (BLOC) cache

  1. Close Outlook
  2. Exit Skype for Business by clicking on File > Exit, or selecting Exit from the Presence menu.
  3. Open the Windows Explore\ File Explorer
  4. Navigate to %userprofile%\appdata\local\BLOC
  5. Delete the contents*
