Skype for Business: How To Clear File Cache On BOC (Bridge Operator Console)
Clearing Bridge Lync Operator Console (BLOC) cache
- Close Outlook
- Exit Skype for Business by clicking on File > Exit, or selecting Exit from the Presence menu.
- Open the Windows Explore\ File Explorer
- Navigate to %userprofile%\appdata\local\BLOC
- Delete the contents*
