NOTE: These steps will need to be completed by an Office 365 Admin.
- Log into Office 365 using Admin Credentials at http://login.microsoftonline.com
- Under Admin click on Exchange on the left hand side
- Under recipients click on contacts
- Click the down arrow next to the plus sign and click on Mail contact
- Fill out the First name, Last name, Display name, Alias, and External email address
- Click Save at the bottom
