Unassign a Number for Teams Direct Routing in CallTower Connect

 

Goal

Provide instructions on how to make a Number available for Teams Direct Routing 

 

How To

 To remove a user's services, select the user and select “User Settings”. From the drop-down, select “Manage Services”.

Find and select “Direct Routing Teams - Expand to Select” and then select the drop-down arrow. Uncheck all Direct routing Teams Services, then click “Save”.  

 

Shape 

With the voice service removed the number will now be made available and can be used again for another user or service.
