Professional Services with GDAP (Granular Delegated Admin Privileges)
Goal
Assist customers with understanding the requirements for CallTower to access their Microsoft Tenant to perform Professional services.
Summary
CallTower will perform MACD (Moves, Additions, Changes, or Deletions) requests for our non-CSP (Cloud Service Partner) customers for a professional service fee as outlined in our scope of support MS Teams - Support Scope - CallTower Solutions Center (uc.solutions).
To access your tenant, we will need to have a GDAP relationship Granular delegated admin privileges (GDAP) introduction - Partner Center | Microsoft Learn with your tenant. This invitation must be accepted by a Global Administrator in the tenant and will provide the following roles to our support technicians while the relationship is in place.
To implement a GDAP request, select from the below GDAP sets and provide the email and name of the Global Administrator receiving the invite in your request.
