MS O365 Admin - Forwarding Contact To Email

NOTE: These steps will need to be completed by an Office 365 Admin. 


  1. Log into Office 365 using Admin Credentials at
  2. Under Admin click on Exchange on the left hand side
  3. Under recipients click on contacts
  4. Click the down arrow next to the plus sign and click on Mail contact
  5. Fill out the First name, Last name, Display name, Alias, and External email address
  6. Click Save at the bottom
