Five9 - Logging Out of Agent Desktop Plus

  2. Save as PDF

1. Expand the "Profile" Menu

2. Select "Log Out" 

3. Select a reason code from the dropdown menu

4. Click "Confirm" 

NOTE: This is a permission-based option
