Installing the Five9 Browser and Softphone Extensions
Access login.five9.com and login using your credentials
Select a different region, if applicable.

Click on CRM Integrations

Select Five9 Adapter for MS Dynamics and locate appropriate Downloads for role and install

Accessing the Adapter - MS Dynamics
Click on Engage from within the CRM window

Select Station Type from the list, enter Softphone ID as Station Number and click Confirm.

Verify Station equipment and click Confirm.
