Clarity Connect Admin - Change Maintenance Window Routing

Need to go to the drop down menu for "Routing" and then select "Calendar"

Override the Support Calendar

Select "Override: on the Support Calendar.

Select the day in which you wish to override the calendar schedule.

You then will need to add the hours you wish to override.  Put in the hours for that Saturday of the Maintenance Window that the techs will be in the office.  4AM Mountain Time - 10AM Mountain Time.  Then select Save.

You will now see your hours set for that day as seen below.
