OnDemand - Managing International Access Numbers

To find the international access numbers for your meeting from the  toolbar using Outlook 2010 or 2013, follow the steps below:

1. Click the GlobalMeet tab in your Outlook toolbar.
2. Click Settings.
3. Select the desired audio account from the drop-down list on the Meeting Setup tab (if you have more than one audio account).
4. Click the Meeting Settings button located at the bottom of the screen to access Meeting Settings.
5. Click the Audio Settings tab, then click View and Manage listed next to Access Numbers.

All the access numbers for your account will display. Use the scroll bar to locate the number for the desired location.
