OnDemand - Muting Participants

Call Tower has many star commands that can be used to manage your calls. There are two options available to mute participants while in a live call.
 
Press *2 Mute/Un-mute participant lines (participants cannot press *1 to un-mute themselves)
Press *5 Mute participant lines (participants can press *1 to un-mute themselves)
With this option a recorded message informs all guests that mute has been activated.
For either option simply press the same command again to unmute.
