Check voicemail from Polycom

Resolution

Unless utilizing O365 Exchange with a UM License, or keeping Lync and Exchange in the same Active Directory forest,

you will be unable to check voicemail from these devices or the Lync client. Voicemail is delivered to the email inbox only

with a text translation with an .mp3 file.
