Skype For Business: User Missing Dial Pad In Desktop Client
All Troubleshooting steps / How To:
o Notes: First thing to check in Connect is under each user and see if they have the correct License/Service Enabled,
in other wards see if they have EVVoice Enabled.
o Connect > Company Account > User Tab > User > Directory Service > Manage Services.
o If they don't have EVVoice Enabled advice client and have them look to upgrade if needed.
o If They do and it doesn't work look to escalate ticket.
