Updating Yealink IP Phones Via the Web GUI

Goal:

Assist customers in updating Yealink IP phones when updating via the Teams Admin Center is not an option.

Firmware Update:

CallTower supports Yealink Teams Certified phones. At times firmware updates will not be available through the Teams Admin Center (Update Microsoft Teams devices remotely - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn) due to firmware age or other outstanding issues. When this occurs, an update through the Web GUI of the device can be performed following the steps outlined here Yealink Support
