MS Teams Room - Scheduling And Joining a Meeting with Teams Room

Create meeting

Create a new meeting and add the meeting room to your invite. You can do this either from Outlook or the Teams app


Join Meeting From Meeting Room

Once the meeting and date and time have arrived, in the room, select "Join" on your meeting room tablet


Add Meeting Room

Once you have selected the "Join" button, you will be able to add the room from the screen


Unscheduled Meeting

In the meeting room, select the "Meet" button from the controller


Then you can add people from your organization or dial an outside number to join a meeting
