Syncing Teams Operator Connect DID Actions

Functions at the Location Level

This will affect all DIDs in all Locations

 Functions at the DID Level

This will affect all DIDs in the selected Location

 What the action does

• Route/License DIDs that are in Teams Admin Center and inside of Connect but are still showing as ‘Available’.
• Unroute/unlicense DIDs that are inside of Connect and are not in Teams Admin Center and are showing as ‘Unavailable’.
• If syncing at the Location level, this action will move DIDs to the correct location if they are not already there.
