MS Teams General Admin - DNS Settings
When a customer is moving their Office 365 tenant from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams, or for Microsoft Teams use in general, DNS records on any domains in the O365 tenant should be verified to match the below. There are two CNAME records to verify and 2 SRV records. These records will be found with whatever company is the domain hoster for their domains, typical examples being companies such as GoDaddy, ClouDNS, Cloudflare, etc. Records should be verified for both internal and external DNS.
