MS O365 Admin - Enable Or Disable Missed Call Notifications

How to enable/disable missed call notifications

Missed call emails are managed by Exchange and to that extent the option is found with in Office 365. 

How to enable/disable missed call notifications

  1. Using portal.office365.com, Log in to Office 365
  2. From the App Launcher, Select Mail

  1. Click on the Gear wheel Icon to access options.

  1. Search "Notifications" in the search field. 
  2. Select Notifications - Voice mail

  1. Toggle the check mark in the field "Send an email message to my Inbox when I miss a phone call"
