CT Cloud SIP Connect Admin - Unconditional Forward

This article goes over the step by step instructions on how to forward a SIP DID in CallTower Connect Admin.
Prequisites
The MPOC (Main Point of Contact) will need access to CallTower Connect to adjsut these SIP DID/Trunk settings.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Go to the Menu at the Top Right of the page and select the SIP Trunks drop down. Then select "CT Cloud SIP (Meta)"
2. Search for the SIP Trunk the SIP DID is on and then select that trunk. Then go to the "SIP DIDs" tab.
3. Search the SIP DID and select it. Then check the "Unconditional Enabled" box and set the Unconditional Forward. Then Save.
