Calltower Info - Clear Cache
Summary
The purpose of clearing your cache the day after a Connect Release has gone through is so you can view the updates and avoid strange issues. If you are having issues with any part of Connect and know a release has just occurred, try the below.
Chrome
Click on the 3 dots top right of Chrome
Click on Settings:
Type in ‘cache’ into the search field and click on ‘Clear browsing data’
Set according to the screenshot below and Click Clear Data. Start up a new tab/browser and re-log into Connect.
Microsoft Edge
Click on the 3 dots at the top right of Edge’s browser
Click on Settings:
Type in ‘cache’ into the search field and click on ‘Choose what to clear to the right of ‘Clear Browsing data’.
Set according to the screenshot below and ‘Click Now’. Start up a new tab/browser and re-log into Connect.
