CallTower - How to Order New Numbers

You can easily port or order new numbers by completing the appropriate template below and emailing it to our telecom team at Numbers@calltower.com 

Note: If this is a new location, that isn’t currently on your bill, you will need to first reach out to Support@calltower.com. You can include the number template below with the new location request and support will forward that portion to our Telecom team.

Template for Porting Numbers 

Step 1: Complete the below template 

Domestic or International number: 

Porting DIDs: (List all numbers that should be ported)

Product:  ***CT Cloud SIP, Global SIP, Microsoft Operator Connect, Teams DR, WebEX CCP, Cisco*** 

SMS/MMS Texting Y/N:      Product: (CT Text Teams, CT Text Webex, CT Cloud Text) 

Connect Trunk Group (SIP ONLY): 

Other information: ***If applicable include any information regarding what IP the numbers should point to, existing trunks they should be pointed to, or a "Build Like" number you already have with CallTower that we can build this number to route the same as*** 

Required Documents: LOA (Letter of Authorization), Most recent invoice/CSR from your current carrier 

*For international ports, additional documentation may be required depending on the country you are porting numbers in. Our LNP team will communicate additional requirements such as in-country LOA’s, proof of identity, and address and business registration.* 

Step 2: Proper approval 

 
An approved MPOC (Main Point of Contact) on the account will need to send in the request. CallTower will not be able to port any numbers without approval from a designated contact on the account. Include all contact information in the initial email. 

Step 3: Email
