Five9 - Zendesk Browser Performance Indicator

The browser performance indicator appears at the bottom of the window in the Chrome and Edge browsers. It monitors the quality of your browser performance.

Note: The browser performance indicator displays in the Firefox browser, but is not currently functional.

Browser performance is impacted by the number of users on the network and the number of browser tabs you have open. A poor quality connection to your network may impact your audio quality.

If your browser performance is consistently poor and impacting audio quality:

• Close unnecessary browser tabs.

• Close streaming applications.

• Switch to a wired network connection or move to another network.

• Contact your network support or IT.

Indicator color represents browser performance.
