The Prompt Studio provides end users with access to record IVR system prompts using a dial-in recording facility.
Getting Started
BEFORE YOU BEGIN YOU WILL NEED:
- The 9-digit Passcode associated with your IVR system. This can be provided by CallTower Support personnel.
- The IVR prompt file numbers (###) you wish to access or record. This can be provided by CallTower Support personnel.
Once you have the info above and are ready to record prompts, use the user guide below to access and use the Prompt Recording Studio
