CT Cloud Contact Center - DID-IVR Routing

Overview

This article will show you how to Determine What IVR a DID is directed to in CT Cloud Contact Center (Telax).

Resolution/Steps

First you need to Find the IVRs option in Telax, you can get to this two different ways, either from the favorites page or from Configuration.

To get to IVRs Via favorites if it is not already added, you can add it by following this article "CT Cloud Contact Center - Adding Favorites"

To get to it from Configuration, Click on the option Outlined in Red in the image below.

Go to Inbound Voice:

Go to IVRs:

Once in IVRs, Click "Manage DNIS":

  After clicking Manage DNIS in IVRs, you will see Below, that it shows what DIDs (outlined in red) route to what IVRs (outlined in Yellow) for the customer.
