Configuring Call Forward No Answer in the Admin Portal

This article will walk users through the process of using the User Portal to configure "Call Forward No Answer" options on Cisco Phones.

Instructions

1. Log into the Admin Portal, navigate to the "Phones" tab and select the intended phone. 

2. Once a phone is selected navigate to Line Properties.

3. Highlight the line you want to modify and then go to option 2 Line forwarding.
NOTE: This is set to go to voicemail by default. Click the "Voicemail" checkbox so that it forwards to the information you insert. 

4. In the "Forward No Answer"  field enter either the 4 digit extension or 10 digit number you want the number to forward to and press save. 
NOTE: You will need to enter your dial out prefix as well. In this example we've used 81.
