Change the location of a user

This article will walk you through the process of using the Admin Portal to change the location of a user.

Prerequisites

Admin Portal Access as MPOC or Hoster. 

Resolution

1. Log into the Admin Portal and navigate to the Users section. 
2. Select a user, then select the location from the drop down.

3.  Click 2018-05-17_17-27-39.jpgand select save to make these changes.
Note: This will transfer any assigned phones and DID to the new location as well.
