Change the location of a user

This article will walk you through the process of using the Admin Portal to change the location of a user.

Prerequisites

Admin Portal Access as MPOC or Hoster. 

Resolution

1. Log into the Admin Portal and navigate to the Users tab. 
2. Highlight the user you need to assign to a new location. 

5.  Click the drop-down menu for the location and select the location you want.


6.  Click save to make these changes.
Note: This will transfer any assigned phones and DID to the new location as well.
