Cisco Webex Go - Control Hub Provisioning

In the event that CallTower does not have Admin access to the customers Webex Control Hub, The Customer admins must take the following steps within Control Hub to add and activate PSTN numbers for Webex Go.  

Please wait for the Calltower PM to let you know that the Numbers and Users are fully provisioned in our Mobile Portal before proceeding.  

● Add the PSTN numbers that were assigned to the Webex Go provisioned subscribers. This can be done by navigating to Services>Calling and clicking the Manage/Add 

● Choose the location the user is currently built in.  

● The ‘Number type’ must be set to ‘Mobile number’. 

● The ‘Mobile operator’ will be “CallTower” . 

● If the DID already exists in the Control Hub it will need to be removed from the user and deleted, then re-added as Mobile Number Type.

● Activate PSTN numbers by assigning them 

to Webex User. Number will become “Acive” once assigned.

eSIM Delivery and Activation 

● Once a number has been assigned to the user within Webex, Our Mobile Portal will automatically send a welcome email to the User containing a QR code and eSIM installation instructions.

Once users eSim is setup in the device, the are ready to use their new services.
