Cisco Admin - Troubleshooting Rollover Lines

Troubleshooting Roll-over Lines:

  • Mainly when troubleshooting roll-over lines the max and busy triggers should be set to 2 and 1 under option 3 Line Settings. This will allow the call to roll over if the line is busy on the next call that comes in. 

Other than that, all to troubleshoot is to make sure the phone is registered.

***NOTE: Line 1 can have a max and busy trigger of 2 and 1 as well.  Just depends on how you want your calls to be handled on that line, and how many.
