Cisco Connect Admin - Change Auto Attendant Greeting

Step 1:  Add the wav file to the IVR Audio Files

  • Select IVR Audio Files  and then select "choose" You can select one or more files
  • Select "upload"
    • note: YOu can also play and download the files


 

 

Step 2:  Set the New Greeting (wav file) in the IVR Scripts Main Menu as the Audio Prompt

  • Go to IVR Scripts​ in Connect.
  • Select the IVR Script you wish to change the Audio Prompt.
  • Select the Main Menu or Menu you wish to make the change.
  • Select the "Audio" button
  • Use the Drop down under "Audio Prompt" to make the change to the new wav audio file.
  • Click "Save"
