CallTower Connect - Concurrent Call Path Report
Overview
Use the Concurrent Call Path Report to see how many calls are happening at the same time on a SIP trunk. The report checks call activity in 15-minute intervals and calculates the peak concurrent calls for the time period you select.
Where to find the report
In Connect, go to Menu > Reporting > Analytics.
From the Analytics page, open the menu and select Concurrent Call Report.
How to run the report
1. Select a Start Date and End Date.
2. Choose any additional filters you want to apply.
3. Click Fetch Analytics.
4. Wait for the report to finish running—the results will appear in the table below.
Tips and limitations
- The Concurrent Call Report stores up to 180 days of historical data. If you need older information, export or capture results regularly.
- For best results, keep the date range to 30 days or less. Larger ranges may time out or return an error due to the volume of data.
