CT Cloud Voice Admin - Unlock User

Overview

This article will provide instructions on how to unlock a user in the Business Group Admin.

Resolution/Steps

1.  You first will need to log into the Business Group Admin Portal (Commportal) with your same credentials you use to log into CT Cloud Communicator.

2.  Select the Users option.

3.  You can search for the name of the user or their number.

4.  Once you have the user you want to reset the password for you can go to the "..." blue circle option to pull up another menu.

5.  You then will select "Unlock account" and the users account will now be unlocked.
