GOAL:

Provide direction in downloading CT Cloud Communicator Desktop and Mobile

 

RESOLUTION/STEPS:

Below are steps on how to download both the desktop application and the mobile application. 

 

  1. Browse to: https://commportal.calltower.com

  2. Sign in with your credentials.

  3. Navigate to the Downloads link in the lower right-hand corner:

4. Select either the On your Computer option or the On your Mobile/Tablet option:

5. Select the appropriate operating system. You will be directed to the corresponding download link.
