Step 1: Access the Phone's Web Interface
- Connect your Polycom VVX411 phone to the network.
- Obtain the phone's IP address:
- Press the **Home** button on the phone.
- Navigate to **Settings** > **Status** > **Network** > **TCP/IP Parameters**.
- Note the IP address displayed.
- Open a web browser on your computer and enter the IP address in the address bar (e.g., `http://192.168.x.x`).
- Log in to the Web UI:
- Username: `Admin`
- Password: `456` (default). If this has been changed, use the updated credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Provisioning Settings
- Once logged in, go to **Settings** > **Provisioning Server**.
Step 3: Configure the Provisioning Server
- Under **Server Type**, select **HTTPS**.
- In the **Server Address** field, enter the URL of your provisioning server:
