Step 1: Access the Phone's Web Interface

  1. Connect your Polycom VVX411 phone to the network.
  2. Obtain the phone's IP address:
    1. Press the **Home** button on the phone.
    2. Navigate to **Settings** > **Status** > **Network** > **TCP/IP Parameters**.
    3. Note the IP address displayed.
  3. Open a web browser on your computer and enter the IP address in the address bar (e.g., `http://192.168.x.x`).
  4. Log in to the Web UI:
    1. Username: `Admin`
    2. Password: `456` (default). If this has been changed, use the updated credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to the Provisioning Settings

  1. Once logged in, go to **Settings** > **Provisioning Server**.

Step 3: Configure the Provisioning Server

  1. Under **Server Type**, select **HTTPS**.
  2. In the **Server Address** field, enter the URL of your provisioning server:
    1. https://commportal.calltower.com/sip-ps

3.  Leave the **Server User** and **Server Password** fields default unless specific credentials are required by the provisioning server.

Step 4: Enable Auto Provisioning

  1. Set **DHCP Boot Server** to `Static`.

Step 5: Save and Restart

  1. Click the **Save** button to apply the changes.
  2. Reboot the phone:
    1. Navigate to **Utilities** > **Reboot Phone** and confirm the reboot.
    2. Alternatively, physically power cycle the phone by unplugging and re-plugging the Ethernet cable.

Step 6: Verify Provisioning

  1. After the phone reboots, it should automatically connect to the provisioning server and download its configuration.
  2. Confirm successful provisioning by checking the phone’s line registration:
    1. Navigate to **Status** > **Lines** in the Web UI or phone menu.
    2. Look for a successful registration or active line status.
