CT Cloud Voice Admin - Reset User Password
This article will provide instructions on how to reset passwords in the Business Group Admin Portal.
1. You first will need to log into the Business Group Admin Portal (Commportal) with your same credentials you use to log into CT Cloud Communicator.
2. Select the Users option.
3. You can search for the name of the user or their number.
4. Once you have the user you want to reset the password for you can go to the "..." blue circle option to pull up another menu.
5. One the Menu is up then select "View individual settings"
6. You then will want to open in a new window.
7. Then select the "Change Password" option at the bottom of the window.
8. You then can reset the password.
