Creating a PickUp Group

  1. Creating a PickUp Group
  2. Menu > CT Cloud > Pickup Groups 
  3. Click Add.
  4. Type in a Group Name and select a department if necessary.
  5. Hit save when done and now you can modify the pickup group in the Comm Portal.
