CT Cloud Voice Admin - Call Forwarding For A User

User Call Forwarding:

Follow the instructions below for call forwarding for a user from BG Admin:

  1. Select "Users," from the Home menu
  2. Next to your user, select "..." and then  "View individual settings"

3. Select "Message Settings"

4. Under "General" add either 1 or 0 into the box for seconds. This will send the call directly to VM. 

5. Select "Apply"
