All Troubleshooting steps / How To:
o Sign into the remote Calltower Lync/Skype back end server - remote.calltower.com
o Click on Response Groups
o Click on group tab
o Type/search for client account name (ie like CSG)
o Select the correct group ( there is usually more than one (ie sales, helpdesk)
o Click on edit and select the client user name you want to delete and click delete and confirm.
o You have just deleted a user from a Lync/Skype Rwsponse group
