While any Universal Serial Bus (USB) headset with a microphone will work, there are some manufacturers that offercomplete integration and compatibility with Lync. Lync optimized headsets will provide plug-and-play registration,automatic device detection, remote call control from the device, and excellent audio quality. Many headsets will alsoallow users to answer / end calls, mute calls, and adjust call volume directly from the device.
