Skype for Business Meeting Options
Skype for Business meetings can be customized. This article will address how to change the meeting options.
Creating a Skype for Business meeting
- Open Outlook
- Select the calendar tab
- Click New Skype Meeting
- Select Meeting Options. This will open a new window
- change meeting options to match your needs. The default is a dedicated meeting space. This means every meeting will have the same conference id or meeting room.
- When controlling the options, a new meeting space will be created for each meeting. Recurring meetings will keep the same meeting space.
NOTE: Any meetings that have been previously scheduled will not be impacted.
