Skype for Business iPhone troubleshooting

This guide will walk through troubleshooting Skype for Business installations on an iPhone.

Steps:

  1. Uninstall the Skype for Business Application from the iPhone. 
  2. Open up Outlook Web App (OWA) by logging in to http://outlook.office.com
  3. Click on the Options Cog Wheel in the upper right corner
  4. Search for Mobile
  5. Select Mobile Devices from the list.
  6. Click on the iPhone from the device list
  7. Click the - icon to remove the device.
  8. Install Skype for Business from the App Store.
  9. Make certain that WiFi is turned off
  10. Open the Skype for Business app and complete first sign in.
  11. Once connected, you can turn WiFi back on.
