Usage Definitions

Usage - LD - 800 - International: Inbound calls from international numbers to a toll free number
Usage - LD - 800 - Interstate: Inbound calls from out of state numbers to a toll free number
Usage - LD - 800 - Intrastate: Inbound calls from instate numbers to a toll free number
Usage - LD - Interstate: Inbound/Outbound calls with numbers that are out of state
Usage - LD - Intralata: Refers to a call from one LATA to another, which can be within a state or from state to state
Usage - Local: Inbound/Outbound calls usually defined by the demarc points.
Usage - Microsoft Teams Unlimited: Minutes that are tied to Teams Users with unlimited minutes. *Only applicable to customers with Teams Unlimited Plans.
Usage - Toll-Free: Outbound calls made to a toll free number
