Transferring Calls:
You can transfer a call to another party using the blind transfer (send the call immediately) or a consultative transfer (talk to the person first before the transfer) method.
Blind:
- Once on the call, select the transfer button next to the key pad
- Search for the person who you want to transfer the call to
- Select the name
Transfer to VM:
