How to Transfer a Call on the Mobile Application

When in a call, click on the three dots [...] at the bottom of the screen, then select Transfer:

Then select which transfer option you would like to use; either Transfer Now or Consult First:

First, search for the individual as shown below:

 

Next click on the three dots, as indicated below:

 

Then, you will see your options for transferring as seen below:

 

Select which number you would like to transfer the call to. You can also send the call directly to Voicemail by selecting that option.
