MS Teams - Favorite or Unfavorite a Chat

Desktop:

Click Chat Open chat button to open the chat list. Find the name of the conversation you want to favorite and click More options More options button > Favorite. This ensures that the chat stays at the top of your list.

To remove a chat from your favorites, just click More options More options button > Remove from favorites.

Mobile:

Go to the desktop or web app to favorite or unfavorite a chat.
