MS Teams GCC High - Audio Conferencing Tenant License
CallTower provides the dial in number capability for Microsoft 365 Audio Conferencing through Teams via Teams Direct Routing. Microsoft requires you to have the Microsoft 365 Audio Conferencing Tenant license which is free from your license provider.
This article shows you how to check if you have the license.
Login into the Microsoft 365 Admin Portal with a Global Admin Account Home - Microsoft 365 admin center
Navigate to Billing>Your products.
You should see the license as shown in the screenshot above. If you do not see the license, then you will need to request it from your GCC High license provider.
PLEASE NOTE: Each user must have an Audio Conferencing license assigned to them. However, if a user has an E5 license, they do not need a separate Audio Conferencing license, as it is already included with the E5.
