How To Access the Call Queues App

From the lefthand navigation panel, select the Queues application.

If that is unavailable to you, select the ‘…’ button and search for the Queues application.

You can then pin the application to the lefthand navigation panel for easy access.

If you manage multiple queues, you can select which queue you are viewing at the top of your screen.
