MS Copilot - Apply Principles of Zero Trust

In order to access and use Microsoft Copilot, CallTower customers are responsible for configuring and securing their Microsoft Tenant in accordance with Microsoft’s documentation, including its Zero Trust policy  (Apply principles of Zero Trust to Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 | Microsoft Learn). 

 In order to prevent oversharing of its data, CallTower customers must ensure that it categorizes data with appropriate sensitivity labels and rules that Microsoft may make available via the Microsoft Purview compliance portal. The customer is solely responsible for the proper setup, implementation, and security of its Microsoft tenant, and CallTower will not be responsible for any failure in setting up, integrating, or securing the Customer’s Microsoft tenant.

The customer is required to sign the CallTower/Microsoft Copilot Waiver as part of the process.
