Changes to Usage Presentation on Bills
Starting in November 2025, the usage descriptions on CallTower invoices will be changing. Over the next couple of months, you may see both old and new descriptions on your invoice. Below is a list of existing descriptions and the new descriptions that will replace them. Please note that usage for some types of calls is being consolidated into a smaller number of descriptions. The new usage type descriptions will also be followed by the service name responsible for the usage. For example, you may see a description of Usage - US Domestic Outbound - Teams OC for usage related to outbound calls within the United States made from Microsoft Teams Operator Connect.
